HDPE Tanks
HDPE (high-density polyethylene) or PEHD (polyethylene high-density) is a thermoplastic polymer made from the ethylene monomer. HDPE is used to make plastic bottles, corrosion-resistant pipelines, geomembranes, and plastic lumber because of its high strength-to-density ratio.
Our HDPE tanks are constructed using buttwelding technique and are encircled by an exterior support structure that is coated with an unique coating. The resulting structure possesses superior impact resistance and chemical resistance, as well as maximum load bearing capacity.
HDPE horizontal tanks are also manufactured and supplied by us, and they are made from premium imported polyethylene. Our whole product line is frequently used to store extremely corrosive chemicals, process chemicals at high temperatures, and service pickling and other process applications. These are available in capacities ranging from 58000 litres to 580,000 litres. HDPE tanks can tolerate temperatures as high as 60 degrees Celsius.
